Normally, welding times are short and, depending on the projection geometry, the necessary currents are high, sometimes extremely high. High duty cycles and the extensive standard equipment will certainly meet all demands, during the early stage of machine design and also during future operation. The integrated measurement inputs for the electrical parameters current and voltage and also for the mechanical values of force and displacement signal allow a reliable inline quality control of the process data.
